If you already have a personal Dropbox account, switching to a team plan is easy. When you switch accounts, all of your existing content will be preserved. This includes file locations, shared folder permissions, and devices connected to your account. Admins can provide the same work environment to team members who already use Dropbox. If an employee has been invited but has not yet signed up for a Dropbox account, they will receive instructions on how to join. Employees on the Plus plan will receive a refund for the remaining time spent switching to the team plan, which will be credited back to their original payment method.
